To carry on "the most aesthetically pleasing things in football" question. A few of mine: When a keeper starts a counter attack. Not a little roll out to the left back, but a proper overarm 60-yard throw to the winger who's then through on goal. A well executed overhead volley, back to goal, full stretch e.g Muzzy, Rooney, Bale etc Adidas Predator Accelerator's '98 But my fave is playing in or watching a game on a big playing field where there's loads of other 11-a-side games going on. PARKLIFE!

Really love this and I'm excited for the album. Whilst I enjoyed quite a few of the songs, I felt Romance was arguably their worst album to date. It feels like they're building on that sound but the singles are so much more interesting.

Yeh I don't think there's any love lost with the rest of the league too. I'd love us or someone else to pip them to the title but it looks like it'll be a one horse race really. Already scored almost double anyone else.

Yeh would largely agree, although I never clean my grooves mid round, I just make sure I give them a good clean before I go out. Obviously if its wed/muddy then wipe them down after a shot with a towel. Having a few things to snack on when going round helps with fatigue, or an energy bar/gel or something. Genuinely think a few beers loosens you up as well haha.

Great to hear that, just finished S1 which I enjoyed. They build tension really well and a great ending to the season too.

Not sure if anyone has come across the Real Bedford story from the past few years. They're in the Southern League Prem Central, same as Bromsgrove Sporting, who I follow locally, as well as Anstey Nomads. Last year they were taken over by the Winklevoss twins, who were the two lads who accused Zuckerberg of stealing their idea (for Facebook) when they were at Harvard. Such a weird mix of worlds! But they're big into crypto now and have invested a fair few million into the club. Their wages dwarf the rest of the league and they're top after winning 9 out of the first 10 games.

Think that's a good shout. We went to Knebworth for Liam in 2022(?) and whilst it was a brilliant day, the sound was a bit dodgy depending on where you stood and it was an absolute nightmare to get out of after the gig. Did Cardiff last year and it was spot on.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think Riis's two goals at the weekend is the first time a Leicester player has scored a brace in the league since Vardy away at Preston, to clinch the Championship title. Nearly 2 1/2 years.

I reckon we'll probably get a morning of cricket tomorrow but we'll see. A bit galling when you've spent £90 on a ticket! But always a good day out with the lads.

Anyone trying or get Fontaine's tickets? Just grabbed some for Birmingham. Will be interesting now they've moved into Arena's and sounds like they're continuing in the direction of Romance.

I think even the most staunch KP Out (myself included) understand that Rudkin isn't responsible for everything that's gone wrong. But at the same time you're never going to get an entire fan base regularly repeating all the intricacies of a failing football club and pinpoint exactly who is responsible for what. I think it's quite a valid position to simply point the finger at Top and Rudkin as the reason for our failure. Same with Seagrave, its a proxy for everything you've listed.
