Who is this full back that's apparently signed and waiting for a work permit?

I can't even begin to figure out how to spell his name...but just listening to the football forum from last night and they mentioned that a full back has signed for us and is awaiting his work permit. Just looked through here and couldn't find a thread about him (but them I'm not the most observant person - so if there is one then I do apologise and you can delete this thread id necessary)
