Superb Leicester performances that spring to my mind are the 5-2 V Sunderland, the 1-0 win at Old Trafford, the Leeds Champions League side who came here and were 3-0 down at HT. We improved today and captilised on the oppositions errors but "superb"? - boy the standards are low now. Our league stature is lower too. Success is relative. We were top of the Premier League once, would it not be "superb" to be promoted top of this league?

lcfc_jme Posted 20 August 2011 Posted 20 August 2011 We were far from superb today, but considering how shit we usually are on their patch and how this season has gone so far for us, I think we were very good and well worth 3 points - which we'd have got were it not for an incredibly shameful passage of refereeing. Signs are good and if we play like that or improve on it from now on, we'll be perfectly fine.

Christ man, not everybodys 'standards' pan that far back?! why is it that more & more members on here insist on being negative. Boy your lives must be hell. 80+% of people on here would of taken a point today and yet the same old faces are popping up spouting the same old shite. Why dont you all get together and create your own website? i dont know....www.ney-saying-bore-offs.com None of you ever have anything positive to say and noboby apprecietes what you say except for eachother. So why not cut out the middle-man?

I think a lot of it is frustration today, we have just drew with our local rivals in a game where we have been far better than them and should of won it comfortably.
