rotherhamfox Posted 18 August 2004 Posted 18 August 2004 The other day i bought a t shirt of theirs cos it's a quality t shirt and Dainton offa Dirty Sanchez has it but i didnt know alot of their music, only Blitzkrieg Bop, I wanna be sedated and California Sun, so i but The Ramones Anthology, now it has a whacking 58 songs on but sadly it just feels i have listened to one very long song, all very very similar, wot does everyone else feel?
Ricey Posted 18 August 2004 Posted 18 August 2004 I love the Ramones! If you listen to the Anthology at first the songs sound very similar, they are all short and fast, but the more you listen the more each song becomes individual. I love 'Sheena Is A Punk Rocker' and 'KKK Took My Baby Away'.

TrickyTrev Posted 20 August 2004 Posted 20 August 2004 They are the classic pop punk band. I like some of there stuff and the singles are great for parties. I don't really like sitting though there albums, Rocket to Russia being the best, never mind a whole anthology though.
