good post. i was actually thinking back to that monday night, and i think sven was asked to be DOF (keep his name at the club)and top wanted to bring someone else in (not clark at that time)

this mutual agreement then makes sense when sven refused hence top getting caught out without a plan B as sven walked out the door not feeling wanted anymore.

as for o'neill, as i have always said, a big headed bigot with his head stuck so far up his back side and a guy hwo liked to hear his own voice..... im not sad he hasnt come here, as we would all be wondering how long it would be before he jumped ship again.

as for pearson, not my first choice,not even my second but willing to give him my support if he promises to use the talent at his disposal, and turns them into force to be recond with and not take the easy route to hoof football

Our pisspoor form since Feb and lack of consistency got Sven got the sack.

As much as i didnt want Sven to go i ask myself this question.

Given the choice would we rather have a board that doesn't suffer fools gladly and takes action when things aren't being done right, or would we rather have a Steve Kean situation. Nige needs at least 2 seasons now to get it together and get us promoted (Which i believe he will do.)
