One is the optimistic view, and one is the pessimistic view. Polar opposites - hence the title. As not many people sit in the middle (or certainly aren't as vocal), it was my little way of demonstrating this.
shade Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 I don't really get it, I must have only half heartedly watched it. one of them a guy looks through a microscope, sees little things that look like foxes which then becomes Nigel Pearson. the other one there is black for a while, then he looks through the microscope and sees Pearson imposed over the backdrop?

From memory, the first one was solumn and downcast. The second one showed Pearson as our saviour.

Indeed, one has the Main Theme soundtrack from Gladiator, and the other has a piano cover of 'Where is My Mind' (by The Pixies), thus polarised.
