Bluemark Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 Where is the best place to park. I'm taking my 3 kids with me so need to be close and safe. Any suggestions please.
Guest Col city fan Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 The Council Offices (across the road from the ground) usually open their car parks on match days. Get their early though cos they fill up quickly.
jonthefox Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 Theres plenty in the town, but it means a bit of a walk.
RedHux Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 As long as you don't have any LCFC stickers or such like in your car you can put in this area. It's loads of small streets, close to the ground and there's always somewhere to park. But as others have said, earlier the better really but as it's not going to be all tha well attended you should be fine.
bhav136 Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 I parked opposite the drive through McDonald's near the ground last year..in some little hotel car park.. 5 min walk to the ground
1964FOX Posted 3 January 2012 Posted 3 January 2012 Cricket club just opposite the ground if it's open
woddyuk Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Safest place is probably thurmaston, but even thats debatable.;-) seriously why not get a family railcard take train. 20-30 min walk to ground.
jonlcfc1990 Posted 4 January 2012 Posted 4 January 2012 Cricket club just opposite the ground if it's open I'm pretty sure thats the cheapest option too
