stockyfox Posted 17 January 2012 Posted 17 January 2012 ...... and calling themselves 'Leicester City'. They obviously don't know the real Leicester City like we do otherwise they wouldn't have chased everything round the field. Our team like to watch, not run around. Another thing, they kept passing the ball on the ground and to each other. Our Leicester team like to pass the ball to their opponents so they can have a go. But the real giveaway was that they scored goals. Our team don't like doing that. Then there was this chap calling himself 'Beckford'. He was about as different from 'our' Beckford as you can get. This chap worked his socks off. He was here, there, everywhere. He chased lost causes and kept them alive but then he proved he wasn't our Beckford because he scored not just one goal but three. Then there was this other chap called Danns and he was a Dann nuisance right the way through the game. At least, the other team thought so. And another guy calling himself Dyer tomented the hell out of the other team. You could say they were in dyer straights! Well, it's a long time since I saw a Leicester team' play like that. The bloke on the tele said they were playing like world beaters so it definitely wasn't 'our' Leicester. So justt who was that team in blue?
cc_star Posted 18 January 2012 Posted 18 January 2012 Playing as a team is what I expected of Pearson, replicating it against S'ton M'boro & Cardiff will tough... But for now, whatever happened between Sat & tonight I'm a fan of... And long may it continue
