Went to see them today. Have my name down for some gardening stuff at some church.

It's a free course unpaid. Doubt it will do me much good but may keep the Jobcentre people happy that I am trying..

Think I am too old now to start anew. I want to slow down anyway and reduce stress not add to it.

I have applied and will see the bloke who gave me the details next week and he has my email adress.

I know the bloke who gave me the link. He runs a magazine about ex-offenders In 'N Out. Travels around the country helping those that come out adapt to the outside life and lectures inside prisons.
