Get rid of mini roundabouts first. Pretty sure nobody actually knows what to do, expect just go for it.

I hate the little buggers, and have to cross at least one on my way to work everyday.

I agree with that. Just yesterday I was driving up to one and there were drivers approaching from the other 2 roads. We all slowed to see who was going first, then all went for it at the same time. Kind of like when you walk into somebody and you both go left-right-left-right at the same time. They're an absolute waste of time and money.
