Sky Sports have team up with Man City and Joe Hart in particular to give this little kid the best day of his life. I know it's quite common for sick children to meet their heroes but this video had me smiling the whole way through and shows the human side to a few of the players. Nice to see something positive from the City players and genuine warmth on show from the likes of Hart, Milner, Balotelli and Kompany etc.
