Not always true, I had a 7 fold BTTS on bet365 this weekend gone at 55/1 and betfred are 45/1 I think? And that's on a special coupon only a select few games are on. Try it out on other sites first, it takes a while to find the BTTS option for each fixture BUT if the odds end up greater its worth it
