Will you be paying full whack of tax and getting no tax relief on your second income or has that changed? Commercial Freelance Writing. I'm looking into potential tax issues it at the minute, going to declare myself as self employed with HMRC next week. As far as I know, I'll be getting taxed fully on my second income.
