signatures and avatars

I've looked on my personal account settings but can't see the answer to either of these questions:

1. How do I add a signature/sign-off to all posts I make?

2. How do i change/add an avatar/picture?

To add an avatar go to your profile, hover over the default image and a change button should appear. Click that, the rest should be fairly obvious.

To add a signature select edit my profile from the profile page and select the signature tab.
