Whist I support access to justice, the system doesn't work in its current form, costs more than we can afford and needs to be changed. 

True.  The entire justice system is simply not fit for purpose.  Very rarely delivers on its raison d'etre and the only ones who win are the lawyers.  Radical overhaul required.

Completely agree, whole thing has always come across as one big gravy train for those in the legal profession.
