cityfanlee23 Posted 24 December 2013 Posted 24 December 2013 Absolutely Hilarious lads, Read up on this bloke a bit, he had a nightmare job at Leyton Orient. And unfortunately he took them down (they couldnt even afford the milk bill) Losing 10k per week The players were a bunch of cocks to be honest and I felt sorry for him! After the documentary was released, due to the language he used, he was banned by the FA and is now a london taxi driver! This is not a "I love john sitton thread" I do not think he was a good manager at all, He shouted and screamed and swore but didnt actually teach anything. Apparently at the time he was one of the highest qualified coaches in the country, and was offered the spain U21 job which he turned down for orient! Was quite a good watch! In this clip, He had sacked one of his backroom staff at half time, and gave a player 2 weeks notice in the dressing room, He was ruthless! Here is the famous half time team talk where he had sacked one of his backroom staff memebers, gave a player 2 weeks notice, and threatened to fight 2 players! "So you, ya little cvnt when I tell you to do something, and you ya FVCKING BIG CVNT when I tell ya to do something, DO IT" "You can pair up if ya like, You can bring someone else to help ya aswell, and you can bring ya facking dinner, cos when I'm finished with ya, you're gonna facking need it" Leyton orient - Club for a fiver Part 1: Part 2: Part 3: Part 4: Part 5:
Soar Fox Posted 24 December 2013 Posted 24 December 2013 I'm not surprised he's never made it as manager, you can't speak like that to your players and expect them to perform for you. I know it was only short clips and we didn't see a lot but I can only remember him talking once about an opposition and even then he was talking about the goalkeeper being short and fat. To win football games you need a lot more than swearing and telling them they need to show some heart.

Durnerz Posted 25 December 2013 Posted 25 December 2013 Hes got a book out now, havn't purchased but would imagine it'll be pretty juicy, comes across now as a guy who knows his stuff instead of the guy who was out of his depth and had his hands firmly tied in the documentary.
