Changing the team yesterday

I know football is a squad game but in the last few weeks we have been giving some of the squad players a chance. I know it's been along hard season, but a thought occurred that one of the reasons could be the distribution of medals. Does anyone on here know how many games you have to play to get presented with a medal, I don't think the full first team squad get one or do they.
