Obviously something worked on in training as a set piece they thought Everton would try to play.

Don't think this might be done every week, Pearson has already said they had studied Everton Inside out.

The first half we played a deep line to hopefully keep Everton out, 2nd half was a lot better performance and being attacking suggested Everton wasn't prepared for it as they we unable to cope with us being in control.

Pearson got his tactics spot on yesterday and that goes with corners too

As an aside, I actually thought that the quality of set-pieces from both sides was fairly poor yesterday.
