Matt Posted 17 October 2014 Posted 17 October 2014 I need to get back into the gym. I was at a 'posh' gym with a pool, paying £45 a month, then out of the blue they put it up to £50 so I left. I went to a closer and much cheaper gym, paying something like £85 every 3 months. I went quite abit to start but it eased off and i've not renewed. Because of the hours of work and working away often I struggle to go to the gym/struggle to be bothered to go. However when I was at the gym with the pool it made me more motivated to go as I went in the gym then used the pool a fair bit, especially at the weekends. So although it was quite a bit more expensive I probably benefitted from it more, I am considering going back but at the same time struggling to justify that price. (I think they may have dropped the price from the £50 that they raised it to, not by much but a pound or 2.)
