filbertway Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 Would be 30 before he played for us, and could we handle his wages? He used to be a good player but not seen him lately so can't judge.
Ric Flair Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 Crazy player, i'd snap him up given the chance. He'd destroy this league, we've been linked with him 3 or 4 times before. Very inconsistent player and frustrating at times, but nobody can question his ability to skin players and score goals. Injury prone these days though.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 Would imagine he'd be more likely to go to someone like Southampton, provided they stay up, or Portsmouth. But it'd be quite amusing to see him and de Vries up front together. The oil tanker and the giraffe on ice skates.

Good work.
bluefox Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 No thanks. With Devries and Wanchope we would be referting back to Hoof ball so thanks but No THANKS
dave_binos Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 i love your optimism guys but you have nae chance of getting a player of that calible - some of you really do aim to high
Molson Canadian Posted 14 April 2005 Author Posted 14 April 2005 oh well i thought it was a idea maybe a bit to optimistic but if we could manage to get him he would be a great addition to the team
Anish Posted 14 April 2005 Posted 14 April 2005 I wouldn't take him, his best days are behind him and his last 2 seasons at Man City showed he has serious injury problems.
Molson Canadian Posted 15 April 2005 Author Posted 15 April 2005 yeah he is injury prone but there is no denying his skills
