I'm the same 4-5 hours does me fine and when I'm on nights I usually have about 3 each morning or sometimes just don't bother such as have to work this Friday 10pm to 7am then going straight to pub for 8am, then coach to Ipswich leaves at 9.30am. Never been one for a lot of sleep I rarely have the standard eight hours. It probably helps me cope with a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, I know a lot of people who work with me struggle.
