I do Park run most Saturdays and at the start of the year I clocked 37:28 Since then I have lost nearly 2 and a half stone and last Saturday I managed a respectable 30:38 Pretty pleased with that

This is the club I have supported from a very young age. We have seen our team win the top 3 domestic honours (4 if you include the community shield). How many other supporters can say that about their teams. I will certainly be renewing my season ticket. I had a season ticket in League one. Football is a roller coaster ride and an escapism from day to day life.

I feel sorry for the people who have forked out for hotels and travel. In the current economic climate its a tough one to take. On occasions like this they don't have the fans interest at heart yet its the fans that are the beating heart of football!
