as said already most LCFC will give him a chance, like all managers who come through the door, RM can talk a good game etc all he likes, hes got to get the players performing and getting results and when he style doesnt work, have a Plan B/C/D , as at Southampton etc he never seemed to have a different strategy hes not flexiable or adaptive its all fits atm,
