did he even give the other youth players a go? not really of course he will if hes brought them in as i said, which we might not be able to do,meaning from within, which he doesnt do alot at all a certain way, well its pretty easy to see by the type of managers weve got etc, puel, rodgers, enzo,rvn, they like to dominate the ball etc, if fans cant see that then i wonder dyche just isnt the man to progress the players we have at the club atm Carrick could be, if hes learnt, but as you said he got worse year on year all in all tho its looking like we are getting a new manager purely for the fact someRVN backroom are going etc

true but i doubt Dyche even gave a second look at some of the other talent in the burnley yts, and of course they wouldnt get ahead of the other names, since they was brought into the club etc and as someone else said within this thread, Dyche has used/given the least amount of minutes to players under 23/4s in his time in the premier league and the stats really dont lie on that front dont get me wrong i actually like the guy, think hes a good bloke etc but given the way the club has set up to play a certain way from youth level to seniors, dyche just doesnt fit etc, hed be like a square peg in a round hole at this point

im not denying he hasnt developed some decent players, im saying he rarely uses youth players from within the club(U23 etc)only 1 i can think of is McNeil at Burnley(and he came to them from Utd) and Branthewaite at Everton(even then he made that mark by going on loan to PSV) ,all you mentioned ones youve mentioned are ones he brought in, so of course its more likely hes going to play/develop them a stat within this thread shows that(he used the least about of players under 23 years old too)

really like really? hes hardly used them, the stats have shown that, he hardly played Armstrong too as @Ric Flair said if you look at players under 24 hes hardly developed many, what 3/4 at most in his career, even when Burnley/watford in the championship; he didnt give many a chance its the same names every year when a manager gets sacked after seeing what Moyes has done at everton with the same squad; makes you think, as Moyes made Beto look good, where as under Dyche he looked like a lost lamb

McKenna sort of has been but probably has a high release clause

as @moore_94 said earlier on its like us going from Enzo-Cooper, so going from ruud to Dyche would basically be like going from Enzo to cooper all over again his record with youth players frankly doesnt fill me with much hope at all if Dyche did come

Dont think Rohl will come here, Brentford need a new manager, they could go for Rohl, they could go for McKenna from Ipswich and they could go for Rohl, think this ship will sail sadly as this club are idiotic

think it was RVN at PSV that kick started Branthwaite, when he was on loan there. so 2 players out of many in many many years, thats not great now is it, rarely even given others a chance plus the style Dyche plays doesnt suit what we've been going for for what 4/5 years before hand; kinda like what we did when we appointed Cooper, also Dyche wont sort out this club, the problems run alot deeper, so expecting dyche to fix them is like put a plaster on a broken leg
