To coincide with the Leicester Comedy Festival the Foxestalk Comedy Festival starts here. A Penquin goes into a bar. The barman says 'What can I get you?' The penquin says 'I don't want a drink, I was wondering if you've seen my dad?' The barman says 'I don't know, what does he look like?' Mark the joke with smileys as below.

In the last day or so I have been looking at some poker books. Bid and won one Friday. Was in the post Saturday morning. Another one closes in 3/4 hours. I'm watching about four others. Not sure about a couple. Theres a Doyle Bronson Super System 2 in paperback and hardback but the second is a 'Buy It' item and would cost £13 +PP and the PB could finish up around 7/8 It is a good book I believe for wannabe poker players who wannabe millionaires.

Monyy Pythonn on Monty Python a combined autobiography telling how they became Pythons from schoolboys to university layabouts. Oh sorry I mean university hard working students. It tells of of their influences such as Spike Milligan Beyond the Fringe and such like humour. I did hear Spike tell a story once. He was in the middle of writing some ideas for a TV show when he first saw Monty Python. He looked at the programme and said that's my idea' or words to that effect. Forget the name of it. Was it Channel 9 or something? (Q9 it was) I don't think it bothered him too much. Just shows how respected he was. Also reading some message boards.

I only buy altough not bought anything for a while.
