To be fair there'd have been Forest fans giving it large about them being one of the biggest clubs in the country after they were getting pumped by Yeovil in the League One playoffs. A lot of them are just mentally ill.

Now they're winning European trophies and we're in League One staring into oblivion with half our fans cheering on our wanton destruction.

I think we have to reappraise the European campaigns of the later King Power years as well, and particularly stop touting making a 'European semi-final' as some kind of achievement. 

Looks like we're going to be the only English club to have gone into the Conference League and not won it. Forest have gotten into the semis of the Europa League from 17th in the league and we couldn't get past the first knockout round.

To have gone in with the teams we did and only have a Conference League semi to show for it is a failure. Europe's been a piece of piss for everyone else.

Remember a grown man actually went on a Leicester podcast and tried to tell us all that he's 'the best in the business'. 

Defended him plently over the years but he's basically sent us down on his own given the amount of chances he's missed the last couple of months.

After the threat to the club's very existence I'd say this is the saddest part of it all. Should have been a really great month or so in reminiscing, enjoying content etc, but I just can't enjoy any of it.

I tried watching the Sunderland Away highlights on the YouTube the other day and it just made me feel ill.

Tonight you will see the completion of the club being wilfully and systematically reduced over the course of 5 years from it's strongest ever position on the pitch to the worst state the club has ever been in. And the people responsible will be cheered for it.

Genuinely extraordinary and surely without comparison in the world of sport.

Time to add Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha to this list?
