Yeah 1991 was my first game, still learning the ropes -
No further questions your honour
-
So whinging and moaning when your team get 3 points will certainly get us back to champions league. stop living in the past
-
Always the same on here - negativity! Never happy, we win and you’re still moaning.
-
It’s 3 points so yes! I watched us under Craig Levine and would have been buzzing for 3 points them days
-
A win is a win. What else did you want to see?
-
3 points and half of you are pissed off- I’m so confused 😵💫 remember it’s league 1 not champions league 2016

It baffles me when people forget were in 2026 and not 2015. We’re a league 1 club for a reason.

The negative around the ground and on here needs to stop. The only way we’ll get up is being behind the lads. It’s hard at times I know, but we all need to be positive. It’s a marathon not a sprint -
True…I’m not a fan either. Something must be going behind the scenes with McFarlane.
-
Clearly, he’s changed not just the formation but the style of play too, with less risky passing in dangerous areas. We’ve been lucky at times and unlucky at others, but I still think we’ll get promoted if we stick with him. Constantly changing managers isn’t the answer
-
Sorry, but I’m in camp of giving people a chance… Who should they have employed instead? remember we are a league 1 club now
-
Any manager coming into this environment would struggle. Complete reset and new mindset is needed. It doesn’t help when the board want to sell the club. Management is the same across all industries, bad eggs and culture makes change difficult. The club is going through a reset, be patient
-
The results haven’t been great. But the point I’m trying to make is team spirit. I’m actually looking forward to watching the games now. I think we’ve got a group of players who now care
-
Completely agree….. consistency and team/fan spirit it is key
-
Who said that? 🦻😂
-
I’m behind Russell Martin. We’ve been ****ed around for the last few seasons with no consistency, constantly changing managers and a team that seemed to have completely lost its spirit. Too many players who looked like they’d checked out, with no real leaders. I actually liked what Enzo was building. He gave us an identity and ticked a lot of boxes, but when he left, he left us in a pretty shit position at the worst possible time. The managerial choices since haven’t helped either. I don’t particularly like Russell’s style either. I’d much rather see old school, fast, aggressive, get it out wide and get crosses in. But football has moved on. I actually like this group now and think Russell is building a better team spirit. We need stability. Changing manager again now would just be more of the same. Give him time, give the team time. I genuinely think we can go up this season and be challenging at the top/play-offs next year. Just be patient for once.

Finally we have two players who are delivering instructions on the pitch! Lundstram hasn’t stop talking, same with O’hora
-
Jamie!!
-
Fair point, but you need the manager to push this aswell. My mate is very good friends with JV and he’s mentioned the positive change in the club. If it RM or McCarron it doesn’t really matter, we just need to be behind the club.
-
Martin wasn’t my first choice either, but I like what he’s trying to do. He’s got a vision and seems to be bringing the right mindset into the club. After years of toxicity, it’s the first time in ages I’m actually excited to see what happens. The “he’s over 30 and getting a 3-year deal” stuff is nonsense too. We need a mix of experience and the young lads we’ve got. We’re not going to win every game, but this feels like a proper reset, which is needed!
