In my humble opinion that team would finish higher than our last crop!

Out of interest what team were you all expecting the old guard to play? While I get the frustration around the club at the moment (and rightly so), I don’t get why everyone kicking off over a charity match. You’re not going to get pirlo, zidane and Rooney playing!

Not glamorous but he’s a decent fit for where we are — that’s the level we’re at right now. David Cotterill was full of praise for him on Undr The Cosh, said he’s very organised, keeps things simple and players know where they stand
