Mathematically yes we can. Realistically probably not because we do have some quality in the side and the majority of teams in this league are crap and the standard of football is dire. I can’t see us getting into a relegation battle, as of yet but depends on the points deduction, but I think we will do very well to be in the playoff places by the end of the season, that’s just going off how we’ve performed so far.

Tbf the more I think about this, the more I feel this is bad news rather than good. Surely this is win/win for Rudkin. I would much prefer him being the one getting the axe.

We would do well to get £10m for all three with the way things are going.

Unfortunately we don’t have many other options better than James and Winks that can play in the middle of midfield. Both Soumare and Skipp are crap and both need selling. Problem is we probably need to sell them both before bringing others in but we need to find a club that are willing to take them for a decent fee, which we most definitely won’t get for either of them.
