Positives on the impending Cooper appointment

A lot of teams in the Championship just came and stuck 10 men behind the ball, they didn't even try given us a game most the time that's probably why you was bored senseless. Under Cooper it will be the other way round teams will control the ball and we will have to chase it and hope we can get a few breaks as we are more than likely going to concede two goals in most games, if we are going off Coopers record at Forest in this league. -

Maybe because we was in the Championship, no idea how you was bored senseless. -
Well now we will be watching the other team pass it round while we run around like head less chickens.

I reckon the Forest owner has paid him to take the job and Rudkin has took the bait.
-
Please start Danny Ward.
-
There would be a lot of managers that would want the job, but Rudkin has gone for the cheapest, easiest option available. The statement about money not being a issue and to continue the vision was a load of bollox
-
Can't wait to see Danny Ward on the team sheet first game of the season.
-
It won’t be us that’s for sure. what a shit appointment Peter Taylor vibes
-
Rudkin needs to go

If we was in the Championship this appointment would make total sense as he has good qualities and has proven himself with Swansea and Forest down there I just don’t think he has to know how for the Prem especially with our group of players currently who have spent the last year playing the enzo way. yes he did keep Forest up but they were awful and lucky, the fact we went down and Everton finished below them shows that any other season they would have been relegated. -
Are you happy with Steve Cooper being appointed (as looks likely)?
whoareyaaa replied to Tuna's topic in Leicester City Forum
You was lucky to stay up. We only went down because our manager wanted to get sacked from game one and the board didn't react quick enough, and Everton imploded. You spent 20 years in the Championship of course you are going to love the bloke he got you up with a dodgy VAR decision. He is a good manager for a team in the Championship. -

We also had peak Vardy, Mahrez, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs etc This is from a Forest fan.. This is what's frustrating to me. Cooper's football this season was an insult to terrorism-ball. The worst football I've ever seen at the City Ground, even worse than when we were floundering in League One. We've played better football under Nuno, albeit still not overly attractive -

There is no comparison, he ain't no Ranieri and the players, team we had then where miles better than what we have now.
