Hope Villa win it. I want Emerey to win a trophy in England, he's done a terrific job with Villa. They are deep into Europe again are are still in top 4 places in the league too. He doesn't seem to get enough credit.
Love Unai but cannot stand Villa. Notts/Villa SF is absolutely dreadful stuff, one saving grace is it's not the final

Littler becoming a **** is pretty inevitable really when you get the success he has so young. Hopefully will grow out of it but its why I can't see him reaching Taylors number, money and ego will get him.
Taylor the biggest cvnt going in darts, unbearable. Littler is following him perfectly.

People like to talk up the Championship as being better than the prem in a lot of ways: "proper" clubs, "proper" fans etc.
Realistically it's just as fvcking shit as the prem. Atmosphere non-existent.
Clear thing better is no VAR. Clear thing worse is lack of cap on away ticket prices.

Haven't seen the Spurs goal as I had to put the linguine in, but Tel needs to just pass the ball. 3 chances now he's wasted

They turn up every week, do nothing for 90 mins then clap the lads off after they lose at home to relegation rivals

Corporal punishment being the unpopular aspect
The way you sold it wouldn't be unpopular though, having them in the stocks is hilarious and vast majority would be on board.

I agree, I mean how long does the plastic tag go on for? Imo its fine for anyone under the age of 30 to support MK Dons if they are from Milton Keynes, who else are they going to support?
Ffs have I just lobbed a not-that-unpopular one in here after booting off.
This is the thing I find wild about the whole debate, people genuinely thinking it's more appropriate for young MK residents to support Liverpool etc than MK Dons.
Support your local above all else.

May I remind everyone that this is an UNPOPULAR opinions thread.
Wanting responsible dog owners, hating fly tippers. Not unpopular by any stretch.
Should be reading posts in here thinking what on earth is this guy on, not yes that seems reasonable.
Example of unpopular opinion that I hold: got a lot of time for MK Dons and think AFC Wimbledon are a bunch of cvnts.

This is why the IPL is utter garbage. Preparing pitches where 254 is a slightly above average score.

Don't care if we get battered now, that silence from crowd for first ball boundary, majestic.

I would love it if we chase this, LOVE IT.

I am neutral towards King Power. They are not a family but a company, hence why they've appointed Susan Whelan and so on. I am not sycophantic towards them like some of our fanbase, which is a dangerous step, because you have to be able to hold them accountable for the good or/and bad. Every season the club becomes more corporate than the last, whilst our owners play a part in that, I see the Premier League and wider football market as the main causation for this. Furthermore, I believe Nigel Pearson was more responsible for our success on the pitch, rather than King Power. Could another manager have built what he did? Very unlikely. Could he have built what he did without King Power? Most likely. Although, we might not have won the league, instead gaining sustained success like that under Martin O'neill.
However, I am wary of who is out there to replace them. For that reason I will vote in. Whilst we lose our identity on and off the pitch, through the ownership and the advent of modern football, I will continue to enjoy the intangible heritage of my experience of supporting the club. Those friends I only see at football. The pubs I visit. The route I take to the ground and have done for the last twenty years. My memories and nostalgia, of worse times on the pitch, but happier times as a supporter. This is what football is about.
It's not all doom and gloom though

of all the absolute nonsense we have on FT, and there's a LOT - this sort of shit has been some of the worst and it's been rampant recently.
people calling Rodger's 'cancer', etc.
mindless stuff, absolute cringe-fest material and utterly embarrassing to think fans of other teams etc. might swing by and see it.
Quite a few pearlers in this thread.

Went to Blues-Boro last night in the away end, won't dwell on the vast difference in their support to ours.
Instead my focus is on the rise of digital away tickets.
Blues and baggies have both been digital in terms of recent Boro games I've been to.
Not sure what the split within the championship/prem is re digital/paper away tickets but another sign of gamesgone for me.
Absolute bollocks that it moves the needle from an environmental perspective.
