Guy who used to sit next to us hated Mark de Vries so much that he refused to celebrate the winner, peak Leicester

Honestly yes, and with a win we'd suddenly be another decent draw off of the quarters.
Remember the cup runs through the years previously, Dublin's winner at Charlton or Nugent's winner at Norwich.
Right up there for me.
Also chuck in Leo & Schlupp at Spurs, unreal-

Got to allow for Birmingham fans crawling out of the woodwork now.
Not sure I'm on board with this, pretty much all clubs varying between top 3 tiers have significantly swaying attendance figures. Definitely include us and Leeds in this bracket

The labelling of fans who choose not to boycott but instead opt to support the boys, as KPFC, is just another attempt at insulting fans who actually support the team. These are LCFC fans. But it suits some others to change the Happy Clapper label to KPFC as they like to put people down who don’t agree with their wishes.
Define support.
Take the baggies fans out the equation and you could hear a pin drop last night

Toylo is absolutely unbearable. The routine, the chalk, the whole spectacle
They always put him on last, for a variety of reasons.
It's absolutely diabolical to watch, needs binning off

I'm old enough to remember the England team of the 90s and early 00s getting humbled by the Aussies whenever they played. There was a lot of different "solutions" thought up by the ECB then, none of them appeared to work until 2005.
Not sure they worked that much for 2005, was one of the ECB solutions McGrath stepping on a ball and crippling himself?

Need to get a couple out quick. Anything under 300 here would be good.
Adelaide highest average first innings score in Aus this century (396 apparently), so in these conditions would say anything under 400 is alright, anything under 300 is great
416 just said on TMS for ave 1st innings, Aus batting first average 580 (!!!!!) -

Very much indifferent to how Bunting is coming across lately tbh.
Labelling himself as the people’s champion, boasting about his social media following and stating he has the best walk on song to get the crowd involved (personally think it’s one of the worst)
I understand he faces very leading questions but I hope it’s not a sign of things to come for a very very likeable fella
Bunting is a scouse ****, don't understand the love in with him.
His comments on having the best family in darts, seemingly not as a joke (wouldn't be funny if it was attempted humour), show how arrogant and dim-witted he is.
Not strictly relevant but he's 40 years old yet looks more like 70.

Salah won it a few years ago with arguably a barely-above run of the mill goal vs Everton ffs. Unfortunately the big name players seem to get extra points added for name on back of shirt. Just judge the goals independently, not difficult

main question is, is it one persistent phantom wasp or are there hundreds squatting in Ally Pally? Surely the latter, don't buy into one grim reaper wasp running amok so much.

Don’t understand why the match officials never seem to acknowledge it, or warn the player. One was on Ross Smith’s collar for about 10 minutes and it was stressing me out!

Standard has enormously dropped off since the dropouts from the Champions League were stopped. It's why two garbage Premier League sides made the final last year. That being said I do think Bilbao were better than both last season and really fumbled it in the semis.
Bilbao benefited from opposition idiocy/friendly refereeing to get them to SF. Were consistently playing against 10 men in previous rounds

It needs the team to light the blue touch paper. Simple as that. Why should we bother if they can’t.
This is a dreadful way of thinking. Team are losing/boring, let's all sit down and be quiet.

As in, quite easy I'd say.
Agree with your point about only another big 6 side could really, really test them. But just seem to think they regularly get very easy ties.
It's a tired and basic opinion that gets lobbed about when they draw someone like Rotherham. Of course it's certain to be untrue when examined over a statistically significant period of time.
Every single draw people chirp up with: ANOTHER EASY TIE FOR [INSERT 'BIG' TEAM HERE].
Will happily take some stats to counter my argument though.

Easy for Man City again
Hate it when people bang this drum, realistically what is your point here mate? Aside from another one of the big 6 or whatever it is now, everyone is an 'easy draw' for Man City. I make that a 92% chance of an 'easy draw' in the third round

The audio on TNT is abysmal. You could hear Prior/Finn celebrating stokes wicket before it had even pitched. Then again saying “how’s that” on Neser’s first ball.

I wouldn't bet against Argentina particularly, they're a fantastically entertaining side who can beat anyone on their day.
But they absolutely won't be favourites against either England or Ireland.
Yeah exactly my point, the odds will be bueno

Never underestimate Los Pumas. They have nothing to fear on their side of the draw, Ireland are the epitome of WC choke artists.

I dunno man, looks like the usual English easy waltz to the final for me.
They've got to beat Wales, who are lucky to even be a second seed, then they get to avoid South Africa, New Zealand and France
Would be in NZ's interest to chuck their opening game v Aus. Otherwise their route to final would be QF vs SA, SF vs France.
Based on draw betting men should be backing Arg to make the final

I think you’re overlooking that Curaçao won their group over a Jamaican side that is full of English players that “qualify via ancestry” and forgetting just how good that Iceland team was.
So Dutch C team > English C team is the headline there.
You're missing my point on Iceland.
They're all actually Icelandic, born in a country that is one of the least hospitable for football in the world.
The miracle is that Iceland produced such an incredible team from a population of 300k.
Curacao's population isn't relevant as they're all Dutch
