Got to be at least 20% of the away end warming their hands up for a good clap.

Not sure what I’m more disgusted with. The performance or myself for watching it.

Honestly if I was Rowett I’d come out and call them all a bunch of ***** then quit.

Imagine if Hamza put that much into it on the pitch. Embarrassing ****ing ****.

Trump has tried so hard to try get everyone to forget about Epstein by bombing Iran he must be fuming she had brought it up again for absolutely no reason what so ever 😂 what ridiculous world we live in right now
I’m thinking rather than allegations about to come her way, the speech could’ve been her doing the right thing and putting the files in the spotlight again.

I think Trump is being blackmailed with the Epstein files.

Massive assumptions that he means nukes. Im sure he’s made it ambiguous to allow people to think that, but destroying infrastructure as he’s implied before today, would lead to some sort of collapse.
Don’t get me wrong, he wants everyone to think he means nukes, but I don’t think he actually means nukes. Just Trump saying Trump things.

Anyone surprised? Exactly the kind of half where they’ve done nothing but we gift them a goal.

Watching the launch yesterday, all I could think is “where is the toilet in there?” High brow, I know.
During the coverage they mentioned they had to step over it to get in. Can’t be much privacy in there!

It’s going to be a long night. Mad to think humans haven’t been to the moon in my lifetime.

Yeah it's getting warm out there already isn't it.
Seemed to bump my heart rate up a bit.

I've read that the 3 Body Problem is an excellent series of books and much better than the TV series.
Freaky - just posted about this minutes after.
I enjoyed the first book, it’s a great concept. It’s really heavy on the science side of things, to which some of it would lose me in places. The second book seems to jump to different story lines and different characters, which I’ve struggled with. There doesn’t seem to be a main character or anchoring character, which I’ve struggled with personally.
I’ve put the book down for now.

Project Hail Mary - thought I’d do the book first before the film.
I had been reading the Three Body Problem series, but got to the second book and it’s a bit chaotic so I struggled with it. First book was decent though.

The warmer weather today was noticeable. I started running mid summer last year so I didn’t go from running in the cold to warmth. Will my body adjust? Because that felt tough

I’ve got the Garmin Epix Gen 2 and it’s fantastic. Garmin purists would say it’s end of life in terms of updates, which I’m not sure on or really care for. It does everything I need it to and I charge it about twice a week for a total of about an hour.

Yep mind awake body asleep. I've done it twice one time intentional where I could see 360 around my room and feeling like I'm at the ceiling, whilst my body is still in bed. The other time wasn't feeling very well and popped out.
I've read all the Monroe books. Truly fascinating.
Lucid dreaming, AP, OBE. Hard to have these kind of conversations with the average person though.
This is part of the reason I posted it in here as most would think it’s a bit out there. But there’s something there and it works for me.
I haven’t quite mastered focus 15 yet, but I do feel a difference between it and focus 10. I really like focus 10 though. It helps before sleep to wind down I find.
