Thats just not going to happen. Potter doesn't want his own DOF but a man in the transfer department to work with or replace Glover. Glover won't be replaced for a managers man as he's the clubs man so it means someone coming in working with Glover and Rudkin. That's Kyle Macaulay at Chelsea and In practice that's just another tick, probably to prevent signing players that don't fit a Potter system.
