I mean Madueke has pulled “Menj” down but they’ll cry it’s a penalty.

Love that Nuge still has his scampering run that he does.
John Brooks ref too. Rumours correct then, he is a Leicester fan.
Could’ve told you that 25 years ago after standing in L1 with him.

Gray In full Leicester regalia at Seagrave 😅😂

The annoying thing for me tonight, is after the power play your likes of Surrey have that seen off with 5 overs to spare. Going along with the run rate nearly killed us off.

Saved by an absolutely dreadful over of bowling
Not bowled all campaign and they bring him on! What were they thinking!?

Tried our best to lose! But good to get a win on the board. We’ve got a great record there

My Dad was having an altercation with a bloke in front about his massive flag obstructing his view. A frank exchange of opinions at various stages which I dismissed as nerves and tension.
During the goal celebration he was hugging and jumping up and down with flag bloke. Best mates by the end
Did you go to the game on coach one?

I can’t believe we sacrificed a bowler for a batter. The fielding was shocking. 3(?) dropped catches? The bowling was too many times too short and too predictable. They were just batter than us in every aspect of it all.
Dropping Budinger was mental. Some of them need to get their heads out of their arse and start turning up. Patel and Eskinazi in particular. Hull and Green look unfit running in to bowl. We’ve also let a part time bowler take 6 wickets.
Season is near on done in the blast already.

I'm not sure batting first would have made much difference to the result. We'd have got about 160 and they'd have knocked them off in about 15 overs. We are just way off the level required. The batting lacks reliable power hitters, the bowling is inaccurate and the fielding unreliable. Losing to these so heavily is unacceptable. Bloke who has 4 wickets for them is basically a part time bowler.
He took 6.
Didn’t learn the lesson of Friday. Batting last when you have the choice, starting your innings at 8pm is suicide. Regardless of whether you think it wouldn’t have made a difference.

Another game lost winning the toss with the wrong decision to bat 2nd.

He’s a chip off the old block.
I think his Dad could be quite abrasive too back in his playing days- but he was part of a dressing room of 8-9 leaders- Bruce, Robson, Cantona, Keane, Ince to name a few. Players who demanded the best
None of the above is a negative. It’s what we’ve desperately lacked since he left.
Growing up around that made him into what he was. A leader who demanded the best. Let alone he was good for 9/12 points over a season, his demand from everyone around him made them all raise their game.

I’m sure there was an interview where he said he’d rather be involved in football after playing as a technical director rather than a coach.

Disagree. Kasper had certain standards, wanted them to be met and wanted things done in the right way.

Our greatest ever keeper, one of our greatest ever players. The absolute epitome of professional and someone who wouldn’t accept less than 110%.
Absolutely no coincidence our downfall started when Kasper left.

Leicestershire second eleven returned to the scene of Sunday’s crime against our first team at Chester le Street with a win over Durham to restore some pride for the County. Five wickets for spinner Rayner saw the hosts dismissed for 102 leading to victory by 30 runs. The team was captained by Sam Wood.
That must’ve been the second match then because they defo hit 140+ when I was watching yesterday.
Looking forward to getting back down there tonight. Is it already must win?

He doesn't need it.
But, for his sake, once he retires from playing, he needs to try and stay in the game.
But why would he turn down the chance of earning at least another mil or so?

Exactly. We are where we are on merit. Just like our successful periods, we were there on merit.

0-0. Only Leicester could arrange a charity game and it be goalless. Ended up winning on penalties. Game was shite. Was nice before hand though with the players coming and having photos and stuff.
