Fewer televised games for us to embarrass ourselves in front of the nation.
We’ll have that crappy 1230 Saturday kick off every other week.

As an ST holder of approx 30+ years i was going to email the club regarding my decision not to renew due to the way the club is ran and the disengangement between the hierachy and the fans but thought WTf its not like anyone will give a feck or take any notice of the influx of non renewals
Yeah sadly they won’t go care one iota.
If i didn’t have a passionate 7 year old and the want to go away games with him, I’d be binning it off.

I'd honestly be staggered if we beat Portsmouth.
I just think we'll collapse now (If we haven't already).
I think we'll lose to Portsmouth and Hull. I then think they'll beat Milwall and Blackburn when the pressure is off. Exactly like last season.
I mean my thinking is certainly one that’s clutching at straws - the typical thing of Portsmouth beating two teams in a race for automatic promotion then lose to a side that are at rock bottom.

Blackburn are irrelevant.
We're now in a straight points race with Oxford and West Brom.
We need to get 3 more points than Oxford and 5 more points than West Brom with 12 to play for. West Brom are unbeaten in their last 6 and Oxford have only lost once in that time, winning two. Oh and both have got Wednesday left.
We probably, realistically, need to win all four games to stay up.
Essentially, Ipswich just relegated us.
Agree mostly, I think a minimum of 9 will be needed.
Genuinely think we will beat Portsmouth on Saturday to give us that little bit of false hope. But that’ll be our last win of the season, followed by two defeats and a draw.

Fair play to Ipswich. Played the long game with K-Mac. We wondered why they spent 12m on him. It didn’t make any sense. Sure enough he was benched most of the season and hated by tractor boy fans. He’s handed a start when we needed them to beat Pompey and they lost with him unsurprisingly contributing very little. Turns out he was signed to ensure our relegation, probably revenge for that over celebrating of Ayew’s last minute equaliser last season. You have to applaud a long term shithouse move by Ed Sheeran’s Ipswich Town™️
I mean he started against Birmingham Easter Monday and scored.

Looks like he’s got a film coming out on Netflix.

The rules apparently state that any penalties must be applied the season after the charge, so that would mean this season. Not sure how that'd be possible given how long the appeals process usually takes.
Also it proves that all clubs have fans think that the league is out to get them. Their initial reaction is that the league is doing this to try and save Leicester. Not surprisingly on hear, I also often read that the league is out to get us as well haha.
I mean the league that gave us a 6pt deduction are now trying to save us
-
3 wins would certainly save us.
We’ll be lucky to get 1.

Really nice to see that one we haven’t just folded away at the biggest club in the country after a massive total and two we’ve shown that we aren’t there to make up numbers.

Do you have players who play for the badge?
Do you have leaders?
Will your players bleed for the club?
Is your atmosphere a cauldron?
Are your fans engaged with the club?
If you vote yes to most of these you will win
Most? Just one trumps it.

I remember going to Leicester v Cheltenham last time we were in League One. I got a paper ticket on match day. I asked the lady in the kiosk where there’ll be space in the stadium and she said ‘everywhere’. The gate was about 7,000 if I remember right.
The boardroom deserve that kind of attendance level again after the way they’ve treated us with taking cards away and forcing memberships upon us whilst doing away with general attendance tickets. The gate was never ever 7,000. Probably about 7,000 spare seats.

He’s one of the very few that looks like he cares.
Performances have been way below what we have come to expect from him this season. As mentioned, a real sad way to end his career here.

She knew what was coming.
I think it was more that she didn’t want BC Game again, which lead to it.

Yes, have you seen him outpace anyone? Certainly not in the last two seasons.
Yep, plenty of people.

Yeah he’s been really vacant after such a promising start. Everything he did in them first few games, he’s completely stopped doing - it’s like he’s turned into Jordan Ayew.
Walking out of the car park after the game he looked absolutely distraught.

I mean, it’s just the same old story of the last few months isn’t it? Dominate without really having too many decent chances, concede, panic and not have any kind of clue what to do after.
Regarding the goal, it’s just unbelievable. Why the ball wasn’t whipped in for a start but to then have them break and not one of them think let’s just take a yellow card here, is just to put it bluntly, shite.
Now to just wait for the formalities of League one to be confirmed.

Slowest winger we’ve ever had, and I’m old enough to remember a greying George Armstrong in that awful McClintock side of the70’s , only to be eclipsed by this shower.
Slowest?

Didn't read anywhere in your statement that he was holding his baby daughter.
The lads should have waited till she was in the car, then gave him pelters for being the absolute **** that he is.
He put his daughter into the car, during that time he was ignoring them but they carried on and something really out of line must’ve been said because his missus was clearly fuming too as she went to approach them. Harry did say something along the lines of “you’ve not got a f’ing clue” in response to them once the car door was closed.
But how sad, that grown men feel the need to do stuff like that. We are all pissed off, all hurting at what’s going on but Jesus Christ, we really do have some moronic fans.

Sack the player protection lads too. Leave them to fend for themselves, might actually learn to show a bit of fight, or even better get run out of town.
Regardless of your thoughts on him, whilst he’s holding his baby daughter do you think that’s acceptable?

A few blokes after the game had a right pop at him as he was putting his daughter into his car. Felt really bad for him. Winks had to be held back by one the player protection lads.

No idea why we keep doing that especially when today seems like the best day for it weather wise.
How green is their pitch as well!

Strangest things I’ve seen:
A bloke getting fully naked and laying down in the away end after Gradel’s equaliser at MK Dons.
A bloke take his shoes off and put them under his seat and watch the entire game in his socks - St James’ Park but I can’t remember which game.
A bloke getting his half time snacks out at Selhurst Park and his snack of choice being a whole carrot.
He was laid right behind the seats. Remember it well
couldn’t quite believe my eyes.

I am wondering about that as well.
Normally the announcement would normally would be posted on the PL website first that announcement would include a link to the written reasons . At this point I can’t see anything on either the PL or EFL site.
It does say in the statement “with the matter at an end” - but with this circus running us, who fully knows?

part of me would snap your hand off for that starting 11 in league 1 next year, as would mean we haven’t wasted money on absolute garbage again.
Do think it’s likely Vesty and Nelson leave after relegation though
As much as your sentiment is right, this would be absolute suicide. You need some sort of experience as well as physicality in league one. This team reeks of physical weakness.
