To me the risk is worth it as this manager is letting the players make the same mistake every game. He has shown no signs of getting JV to stop his mistakes that are at fault for most of our issues. What’s happened to Ricardo? At least get someone with a bit or authority and balls to work alongside him. The only improvement in a player so far was putting Skipp at CB and that was because they stopped attacking. He was certainly better at starting attacks than JV.

His goal record at QPR was 1.2 per game and bottom end of the table. Hardly a progressive manager in the rise. The players seem to switch to a capable attacking side once the game is too far out of reach. Then next game it’s the same start and same mistakes from the same players. The goals that Ricky scored before he became boring and useless were from neat, quick attacking play. The winner against Norwich was from quick passes for the winger to run into space and cross first time. Next game it resets back to the boring pass around until JV makes a stupid pass and gets countered as he’s over the halfway line.

Something is wrong with Ricardo. He is playing exactly like Thomas. Boring and constantly making mistakes that someone with half a brain, let alone him shouldn’t be making. -
They have shown that they can work as a team when attacking quickly but then start the next game the exact same way. They can play possession football but why do they have to keep control in front of the goal after inviting a press. It’s frustrating when JV ignores an unmarked winger so he can walk to the half way and blast the ball to Daka with his back to goal and not control it once. Suddenly we have a counter on and he’s stranded. It’s so easy for Thomas to smash the ball all the way back when we are close to the corner flag, instead of whipping a cross in or Mav seems to be unable to pass the ball to a player ahead in space. They are either greedy or too happy to pass any responsibility on to others. The manager has no plan and the players take the easy options and face no consequences.

I think Winks is the easy target and part of the chaos, but that was all on JV. He was the trigger by pissing around and inviting the press into the box. His choices then caused the pressure for the other clowns. Mav for some reason thought it was a good idea to pass into no one in the box and Winks first instinct is to not put his foot through the ball. Morgan, Hugh, Fuchs, Albrighton, or any player with half a brain and sense of urgency would’ve cleared it. It all comes down to the main clown JV. He invites the press, Fuchs up and passing it to others. There is nothing wrong with controlling the play but this team has too many idiots or ego that doesn’t match their ability. The manager won’t be asking them to allow a press in the box then try and turn your way out of it. But the manager has to stop these mistakes. I feel the pissing around is even worse under Marti, they are getting pressed and losing it more often than they did against Prem players.

It’s both I feel. The managers have been playing JV and letting him control the style and tempo. Get rid of JV & Faes at the back and the problems we cause ourselves have been removed. The managers we pick aren’t good enough to identify and correct it.

Had the club got any analysts? Getting rid of JV will see an instant change in the dynamic of the team. The glimmers of hope all come from when he isn’t controlling the tempo. When Skipp was driving out of the back, attacks seemed to flow forwards. When JV got control and can’t help himself, he either invited the press and passes the danger onto others, or the players around him skip into the easy mode of sideways and back again. The manager and his team either can’t see this and don’t know the cause or can’t handle senior players. Ricardo isn’t a captain, he’s not a leader, role model and someone to respect is a different thing. No one is calling the clowns out enough for them to stop making the same mistakes. -

He needs to be binned off as well. All we have seen is a repeat the Marti cycle and we’ve forgotten that the famous Ayew hold up play doesn’t actually involve him bringing anyone else into the game. The attack needs to be built quickly around Ayew. Him or Daka just need goal hang and don’t get involved other than to kick the ball towards the goal. -

As soon as the first quick pass is ignored and JV starts to turn when pressed, you know that’s the start of the chaos. The new manager needs to bin him official. This style of football is all on him. The ball to the striker in the crowded area never worked apart from the counter with JV way out of position. -

Monga really needs better players and a manager with an actual idea to improve him at this early stage. I can’t wait to see how he develops within an attacking side and a good manager. He played just like Mavadidi. Stood still and tried to do too much until he lost it or passed backwards. The midfielders always pass behind the wingers, never into space. Mav is such a greedy player who won’t play others in. Last week he ignored Aluko this time Monga who would’ve opened up space for Mav to be in a better position. -
They need someone to actually put some fear into them. If the slow pissing around is his call, get rid. If they aren’t listening to him, which they aren’t as this is all coming from JV. We need someone strong enough to bin the twat.

Even then JV can’t help but slip back into trying to control everything and walk to the halfway line. Drop JV for the next game and the tempo will instantly be upped. He is the constant in this slow boring and dangerous style. It’s so frustrating that even now the wingers won’t run into space. Mav and Monga we having a stand still, not pass and step over contest. Monga, Fatawu, Mav and Ricardo are all now such boring players. -
It will if a manager drops recognises that JV is the root of many problems and drops or gets him to change. If another clown comes in and gives them all a clean sheet then it will be the same. Remove JV and the tempo is quicker, less passes into the striker which too often result in a counter as JV is so high up the pitch. Get a manager who tells the wingers to run into space and gets the midfield to stop passing the ball behind them.

This is being caused by JV . His slow pissing about and wanting to control everything. Remove the slow tempo and someone try to move forwards with the ball, things can happen. Wingers that for some reason hate to run into space. If Mav, Fatawu and Monga actually moved forwards they would have already beaten the man, but then they can’t stand still and do step overs. All 3 greedy and thick. Smashing the ball to Daka and Ayew in a busy area doesn’t work, and usually leads to a break with JV somehow higher than the full backs. More waffle from Marti and the same slow football next week. great goal from JJ, shame we won’t have him on L1. -

But would they have been allowed to play like this if it wasn’t 0-3. It’s frustrating though as the tempo from JV stinks everything out yet is allowed to continue every game -

I wish we had wingers that actually run into space to receive the ball. -

Too little too late. Don’t get too excited about seeing this level. Next game they will play like the first half. -

Another game where they get in a losing position by pissing around the back with slow and risky football as they aren’t that good. Then they speed it up, look better but it’s too late. The manager has to go. -

So JV is still on who is at fault for so much wrong in the performances. Slow play out the back, putting other under pressure. Constantly losing the ball by passing to the striker who can’t control the ball and playing high and getting involved in attacks instead of defending. -

He’s put the ball in a few times first time where as Mav has had many chances yet will happily stand still and ignore a simple pass. This is being caused by JV dictating the tempo. He caused the chaos of the first goal. Mav is back to being braindead and greedy. Fatawu just stands still on the touch line. No one running into space or wanting to pass. Ricardo is done, useless and boring player. Him and Thomas are just the same, stinking both sides out. -

All the back line are useless. Happy to play it backwards and cause their own problems. Keeping JV has been the downfall in this club. He is the starting point of this disgusting tempo and pissing around. Ricardo is boring and useless. -

Passing to players that run into space. Our wingers aren’t good enough to be as greedy as they are.
