Gasquet definitely needs this set if he's to win, with the momentum and fatigue against him I just can't see him winning a 5th set if there were to be one. However there might not be a 5th set as that last game showed, he's still playing well enough to force a break point. Murray needs to stay focused, he'll get at least one good chance to break Gasquet in this set.

Anyone watching Murray-Gasquet match? Missed the first 2 sets because of a bloody exam , but with Murray taking the 3rd set and Gasquet tiring the quicker of the pair, should be a couple more sets to come........come on Andy!
-
I reckon Murray will win, probably in 4 sets. Sure Gasquet is in great form, but he's bound to be tired now, and Murray will quite happily play the long points and slog it out.

Truly dreadful, lost 3-1. On a happier note, I had a bet on Senica @ 13/2 (Slovakian League....as if you didn't already know who they were ), so Empoli losses wiped out nicely.
-
All about Empoli @ 11/10 today.

Well that was a complete slog-fest, Murray out unfortunately. Nothing too much to worry about, after all Ferrer is an unbelievably tough opponent on the red stuff.
-
Murray embroiled in a real war of attrition against Ferrer at the minute, the rallies are hard-hitting and energy sapping. Murray a set and 2-3 down. On a side note, more ridiculous timing for a sports event. It's gone midnight in Spain and if Murray takes this set they could be on court for at least another hour to come. The winner will face Federer later today, it's not fair on these guys.

Yep Nadal is the clay king, as Soderling proved he's not totally unbeatable but I'd be shocked if Nadal didn't win the 2010 French Open with ease.
-
Yes I've seen a few matches, Murray looked in decent nick yesterday and should get past Hanescu without too many troubles today. I'm afraid he won't have much chance in the French Open though, along with many other top players, clay surfaces are a weakness for Murray.

Appalling set of results for me.

Anyone having a go in the 2000 Guineas tomorrow? Can you see past St. Nicholas Abbey? I personally can't, took 11/8 earlier this morning.

£20, would have posted it earlier but the info only came late. Was on the 7.00 winner at Kempton too so a nice start to the weekend.
-
Nice, overcame the worst draw possible, powered through to win. Also got best odds guaranteed so got the drift at 4/1.
-
Bit late but supposedly Murura (3/1) is a decent thing in the 7.30 at Kempton............we all know how 'information' can turn sour though. And I'm on it so that's the kiss of death.

Disappointed with Gordon <_<

Desperate times call for desperate measures, I'm proving shite at sports betting so why not

Won £26 from this 6 bet accy today, combined 2 tennis bets and 4 football bets, can't remember the stake, about £2ish I think. Hardly groundbreaking but my form on accys is woeful. J C Ferrero (1/16) R Vinci (8/13) Roda JC (8/13) FC Copenhagen (2/5) Basel (2/7) Cercle Bruges (10/11) Gordon Brown is 2/1 to be wearing a red tie (or at least predominantly red) at tomorrow's leader's debate. Seems like a decent price to me.
