I want to know why James is getting in ahead of Iborra in the middle. Everything he does is literally in slow motion.

Is it true that the owners agreed to sell him for a reasonable offer? We've all heard of the famous 'gentleman's agreement'... None of us know what was said or what was agreed on. If Mahrez feels like the owners went back on their word then his antics are a little more understandable.
Also make me laugh when people cite the fact that he's making 100K per week. He's being underpaid according to market value.
Perhaps they would have sold for a reasonable offer though. I would consider £100m reasonable, but given that Mahrez has statistically out-performed Coutinho and Hazard for the last 2 years and with Coutinho fetching £140m I don't see hwy we should accept any less for Riyad.

What do you mean "for a team like Leicester"?!! We have every right to hold out for the this type of figure given Mahrez's undoubted talent, the current market valuations and the fact that the likes of Liverpool splash out £75M for a defender. You appear to be saying because it's Leicester City who are not a top 4 club they have no right to try and get the top price for a top player. As for Maddison, who is he?!!
He's clearly deluded. apparently market value only applies to top 4 clubs.

Its an unrealistic price for a team like Leicester to be asking for a player, £95m is crazy money.
That's the type of money that you would expect a player to leave a top 4 side for, to go to Barcelona or Real Madrid, or PSG.
Man City paid £55m for De Bruyne and £44m for Sterling.
You should have just sold him for £60m and bought yourself James Maddison from us for the £20m that we'll probably get.... he'd be worth £50m within a year of playing Premier League football. (By all means mock that claim, but if you are going to then prepare yourself to have this bumped when he's shining in the Premier League and pulling on an England shirt, kids top drawer).
Sorry?

Zero creativity, really don't like N'didi and James together. Fetch the car. Fetch Riyad.
-
Could do with a playmaker on the pitch because Gray has been anonymous and James is flat as a pancake.

Interesting

Think I may have already but could only confirm with DNA evidence.
I had a mate who went to Thailand and tried to chat up the same bar girl night after night, she even told him she was a guy but he wasn't having none of it, finally convinced her he was genuinely interested, got off with her after shift and his hands wondered....well, she did warn him.
In all seriousness, I don't think I would have a problem with it. Everybody has the right to live their lives as they wish too as long as they are not harming anyone. If you fall hard enough for a fellow human being, what difference does it make really?

Guess who I drive a bus for?
you dislike the prices yet First charge more. £15 for a weeks travel. I put £20 in my car getting to and from work, Add the insurance and tax I think you have it pretty sweet to be honest. £22 a week could get you to Burton and back as many times as you want so please explain how the prices are wank as you put it? As for the drivers yes im afraid some don't give 2 craps about you, I always say hello and thank you plus I let people sit down which is a rare thing from what I see. I would talk about the company's rights and wrongs but I would have a 1 way ticket to the job centre doing so. As something has clearly annoyed you have you contacted Arriva? as they take complaints seriously. You might even get a free week pass
The prices would be fine if it reflected the service. The service is shocking and it always seems to be the same routes that take the brunt. 49/48/47 is abysmal. They miss buses out constantly and then when you finally get on way half an hour after you should have you don't get anything from the driver to explain why they've left you standing in arctic conditions for 45 minutes. This has happened at least 5 times since Christmas alone and I've raised it with Arriva three times who said they would look into and never got back to me on each occasion. Twice now when I've been left waiting, only to get on a jam-packed bus with no seats left (because theyve had to pick up double the passengers) I've refused to hand over my ticket (ten trip) and just sat down. As most of the drivers have a couldn't give a shit approach they haven't even bothered to challenge me. I'm not paying for a service that I frankly don't get.
In contrast, First might be more expensive, but from the bus stop I use in the city I can see that they are always on time and from people I've spoken to this seems to be the case. Last night in the time it took me to get a 49, there were 2 88's and 2 88a's all on time from First so they can't even blame it on traffic. If first can get there on time and not skip buses out, so can Arriva. Unfortunately First do not run on my estate, so Arriva is my only choice, they probably know this is the case for many passengers and as a result take absolute liberties.

All pace, no brains. Not a great finisher either IMHO.

Mourinho, Sherwood... I know there's others but can't remember

Midfield lacks a certain creativity when N'didi and James start together

Andy King is undoubtedly a lovely bloke, a model pro and a very loyal servant. Leicester City has been his life basically and I respect him for that, I certainly don't hate him or think he's a ****.
Legend is subjective, there is an argument that every player in our title winning season is a legend and I'm happy with that to a degree because they will always have been a part of that historic moment, but I think that's where it starts and finishes with a lot of that bunch.
I think right now we potentially have one of the best midfields in the league, with adequate depth but I don't really see king as part of that. He's 29 and still has some good years of football in him - I'd love for him to take stock and play week in week out for a club like Brighton, I think it could make him and I think he could really enjoy it. He will still be nothing but respected and cheered by city fans. If I was King right now, being the pro that he is, I would be chewing Brighton's hand off for a chance to start week in week out for a premier club, I definitely wouldn't begrudge him the move and I think it would be good for us, for Brighton, for Andy, for everybody really. It gives me and extra game to be interested in on MOTD too.
I think he can still do a job for a team like Brighton, definitely, and I think now is probably the best time he has to make the most of his love of the game and play a positive part in a team.
If he chose to stay here, fair enough, loyalty is rare in football these days but I honestly think this is a chance that at his age he shouldn't really be turning down. I have nothing but respect for players moving for the right reasons: to play regular football. Who can begrudge any player that?

City have taken it. I 100% know that as a fact.

2M for a ligue 2 player. Bought for the under 23 squad. We must be mental. Delusions of grandeur I think. How much for that Hunter from Fleetwood? Same age and impressed for them.
Are people still not grasping the current market, especially when a PL club is involved? £2m is the 50 quid of 5 years ago practically.

I s h outed loud, when my bosses didnt deliver, I didnt palm my hands, toff my hat, and grovel with yes, no sir reactions.
Other employers out there are willing..its called projecting, protecting, advancing your own cause, its not arrogant, but
Exactly what your immediate and big bosses do for themselves as well...
So dont crow your own false bravado, and be a wimp when others decide to want to grasp their own career paths.
In fact othrr po s tdr who think like wise, are downright fking showing bare faced cheek...
Ulloa was right..he is part of our legendary status, his star ju s t didnt shine so bright...
I could never wish ill will of such a good profi player. I hope he does leave, so he can get decent game time,
Lower Pl, Championship, or in another Part of the world. Ulloa smile and reaction in top moments,
were a pleasure to see....He never played the diva, just honestly described his disappointment ...
Well done lad....Your star might not of shone thst bright, but Its your damn right to try and keep it twinkling!!!
Wimps, worry me...diplomatically accepting ones lot, or willing to show your head above the pulpit, then
deciding Only then what, is in 'your' best interest..Go/stay .is the real life.
I have played through all those emotions and descisions....it aint easy, it is humbling, frustrating, awarding,
again its the game of life...Sitting on it and hoping for others contributions.....creates a blame culture..
It depends what kind of work you do. Clearly. I work in a Government department, I express my dissatisfaction at decisions all the time, but in the end you have to get on with it, otherwise your out. Private sector might be different. For people who live a fanciful life where they can walk out of a job without a care in the world, fair enough. Unfortunately I have responsibilities.
Also, there's a difference between my job and being paid £50k per weak to kick a ball about and warm a bench. Like Babs said, it was clearly about the money with Ulloa and so he can go and **** himself.
Also, just so we are clear, I've never rated Ulloa as a footballer, especially as a premium league footballer, so I couldn't give a monkeys if he goes. It's about having the best players and the best team.
Strange that on here people want to keep Ulloa but are happy to flog McGuire and Mahrez.

I've not insulted you at all lol. Unless you consider yourself to be a meek 'yes sir, no sir' kind of person? Do you just shut up and put up?
Also why are you now talking about Government Dept? Ulloa doesn't work in a Government Dept. either?
No, but I do. You were referring to your own job, as now am I.
