Can't believe people were leaving early when the team needed them most. Should be savoring every second of this season.

Remember some talk of a fanzone outside the stadium. Singing wys there before games would help it spread and bring it into the stands. Similar to chants taking off from being sung in pubs but with more people being involved.

Actually had this exact thought last night at the game. As i currently have the pleasure of sitting in the west stand the majority (not all) will not join in with any or many chants throughout a game. So the clappers can only really help there. In other areas i can see them being a hindrance causing people to be out of time plus i think it prevents L1 and the kop from linking up together during the game.

Nothing better than curing match day nerves than singing your heart out rather than it being flat. Going 3-0 up in the first half helps as well..

By our standards it was poor. Still out sang the toon for the most part.

Problem they had was apart from the section in the corner the rest of the ground just sat in silence.

From the away end i couldn't really here Watford much. Thought we were pretty good yesterday especially after the goal. Still managed to have about 3 chants going on at once in an away end that small/compact though

Ignoring what happens on the pitch games are infinitely more enjoyable when the atmospheres electric rather than just sat/stood there.

Make a change from the west stand

It was decent before the goal. It wasn't rocking until the mid second half but decent noise before the goal. Unrecognisable from Bournemouth.

Alot of people even in k1 were just clapping along not singing who were obviously not regulars. Think this shows we need to make a racket on Saturday to get out of our "blip".

True its an ideal time to rejig and fine tune the stadium if they choose to expand.

In modern stadiums and with the level of planning going into football now i don't think people can use the Hillsborough disaster as a reason against safe standing.

Ridiculous how German and other European teams have it week in week out without incident but they don't even consider/trial it here. Hopefully Celtic having it next season will see it spread through the UK.

Actually that's another thing I've noticed our away end singing about 3 songs at once maybe i the absence of a drum. Lot of people in away ends also don't seem to join in with the "better" chants but do with the generic ones.

Partly what i meant, need to sing some more original stuff rather than the generic stuff half the league sings.

Need recognised chants for riyad and kante. Part of me dies when the riyad/ngolo chant starts.

Think the songbook needs a good spring cleaning. Felt very stale at villa.
