Upper tier was good in the first half, going through the old songbook. 2nd half it dropped off a bit but to be expected, the Vardy back and forth ‘banter’ is always shite even when it is actually factual, seems to be the only thing that stirs the happy clapper brigade into song during a match 🤷♂️

Safe Standing at the King Power Stadium
GlennyFox55 replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
Ideal situation would be have these across the whole kop then the cheaper ‘rail seating’ in the away end, P1 and L1, which covers the club for all possible areas where people stand with P1/L1 being away blocks in the fa cup. -
LCFC must offer General Sale to fans

Even more stark how little effort and thought they put into shifting tickets whilst being in this league, other clubs are putting out multiple posts on all platforms per day. -

Safe standing - time to act

There’s 650 in the singing section that stand I believe plus more scattered across the back rows of the rest of the kop. There must be around 800/900 that stand in L1/K1/J3 plus a healthy number that stand in P block most games now. I’d say it’s around 2k in total just a bit scattered about. -

Thankfully Liverpool and Chelsea beat us to that. -
How many people have priority points
GlennyFox55 replied to Charlie35's topic in Ticket News and Travel
I’m just a few points off P1 myself so benefit under the current system, However, as has been said they should just scrap the 50+ for season ticket holders. Away priority should be on aways games attended only. Season ticket holders should then get priority over members with no away points like they do presently. Away points after say 5 years or whatever time should become legacy points so worth .5/.25, with the total rounded up to the nearest 1. Would also like to see them give 2 or 3 points for certain away games that are long distance/midweek etc which most other clubs seem to do. This means if you’re a regular away fan you stay at the top and if you’re new you can do those shite midweek trips and actually make progress up the ladder over a few seasons, even if you don’t have the full season ticket history. Would also make memberships more desirable/better value for money. Surely something they will look at when the expansion comes round. -
Crap away end, crap performance, belting result/ celebrations at the end.

Always thought the A1/A2 &/or C1/C2 blocks were better suited for family enclosures than behind the goal. Cheap seats and get a good view/interaction with the players warming up.

It’s 10% or 2k in the championship not 10% or 3k like the prem. Hopefully we reciprocate the reduced allocation when some of these teams come to us.

Atmosphere in general hasn’t been great but the singing section has definitely improved this season.

Was an average away end I thought, I’ve been in plenty worse as a Leicester fan and seen plenty worse at our place, but it definitely wasn’t one i would remember as anything special and the away end felt a bit fragmented singing at times. Was impressed with their home support though, nice ground for a modern bowl design.

Middlesbrough (A) - sat 11 nov - 3pm

Birmingham received an additional allocation of 662 tickets after their initial allocation, giving them 2,538 in total. -
I would be interested to know how many people drive into the games compared to other football grounds still in the city. The bus and rail service from the county is a disgrace even by British standards.
-
Real shame they didn’t open this to general sale, we would have sold the whole lower tier.
-
Reminded me of a Leicester away end if I’m honest Good numbers below average noise.
-
I don’t entirely disagree with you but two fan bases lauded as some of the best in the country by some, Newcastle and Leeds, both have a large number of extremely simplistic chants that are sung on repeat for large periods of a game.

Southampton Away Friday 15th September 20:00
GlennyFox55 replied to KrefelderFox666's topic in Ticket News and Travel
Yes, looks like they are carrying on the refusal to move away games to general sale/purchase history to force more fans into buying memberships. Both this game and the Norwich game could move to purchase history/general sale and see another 100-200 fans in the away end you’d imagine. -
The vocal areas of the ground are too small on their own and too far apart with the acoustics in the ground. Hopefully with the expansion they’ll extend the singing section and have something similar to Bristol City or Celtic’s sections which are wrapped round the corner with something closer to 2k in total. Especially as L1/K1 is likely to go with the new stand expansion.

Huddersfield (A) - Sat 12 Aug 15.00

I did see that their fan group last season were considering relocating behind the other goal as the lower tier is currently netted off. Doesn’t look like they have mind. -
Looks like we’re charging cov £35 for an adult ticket
-
Given we can open up M1 to home fans for all league games and matchday sales are going to be surely much lower for most weeks it would be good if the club offered another 1/2k in season tickets that aren’t necessarily guaranteed if we go back up but you get x points for it to then go through the usual application process etc. I know arsenal did something similar for the first season back after covid to replace fans that were vulnerable/did not feel comfortable going back that season.

Dreading rocking up to the first home game next season and they’re both still here

Not even that, the atmosphere against Bournemouth was awful with them. Was much better today but that was thanks to Dean Smith in and backs to the wall mentality.
