Could stay in Boston for a few days then head into Maine/New England for the rest of it? Maine has some nice towns and amazing hiking. Could wrap it up in Portland for a bit of coastal fun.  It’s years since I’ve been so I’m a bit hazy, you could always try trailfinders who do tailor made USA holidays.

Silent Night - Spike Lee revenge flick with a difference.  Totally formulaic but absolutely brilliant.

After two years of cooking for loads of people (and I go to town) we are off to my sisters this year.  Will make a nice change!

Rebel Ridge on Netflix. A smart, modern thriller with shades of First Blood, one of my all time faves. 

Likewise, overly loud and repetitive music in documentaries that tries to manipulate my brain into a certain emotional response, rather than a natural emotional response based on the content.
