Run 2️⃣7️⃣ complete and 4️⃣ more to go to complete my Prostate United challenge of completing a 5km run each and every day of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK
1️⃣4️⃣2️⃣km and 8️⃣8️⃣miles run and most important is seeing how these types of challenges are helping to raise awareness and getting men to talk about their health especially in relation to prostate cancer. Please please talk about it post on forums, visit the Prostate Cancer Uk website be aware of the symptoms, notice the little changes and get regular checks and screening, this is not an old men’s disease. Encourage you mates, brothers, uncles, cousins, dad to get checked. Early detection is key, ignorance is not bliss where this is concerned.
To everyone who has taken the time to post messages of support, repost and share my challenge and donated, thank you so so much 😊

100% this. Just think, if Sir Chris Hoy can get this at 47, any man can.
Almost done Steve, just a few more days to go, hope your body is holding up for the final push

Run 22 of my Prostate United challenge completed, and it was a wet one to say the very least but now into single figures for the countdown and only 9 more to complete my challenge of running 5km each and every day of October to help raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
This is a disease that affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes anything we can do to help raise awareness and money that can be reinvested in developing treatments, cures and increasing screening/testing programmes. So please keep sharing and supporting to help spread the word and if you do wish to make a donation please click the link to my just giving page below.
To everyone who has donated, shared and supported, I really cannot thank you enough as it really does make a difference 😊
You look a tad wet, well done on completing run 22 in not ideal conditions. As you said, single figures to go now, stay strong

I have just found out that Sir Chris Hoy has terminal prostate cancer. If a fit 47 year old athlete can get this awful disease, any man can.
He, like myself had no symptoms. There needs to be better testing and a screening process, the same as ladies have to detect breast cancer.
The only way this will happen is with further research, which needs money.
Our fellow Fox @Claudio Fannieri is doing a fantastic thing in doing a 5k run each day to try to raise funds. Please, for everyone's sake, donate to this wonderful cause.
Ladies, please also donate, as it could be your man that gets it, and trust me, it turns your world upside down.

Run 20 of my Prostate United challenge completed, and just the 11 left to complete my challenge of running 5km each and every day of October to help raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
This is a disease that doesn’t care about your age, how fit you are or your if you are famous or not, I would love to raise so much more for this amazing cause to help the heroes who are treating and caring for the warriors fighting this disease and their families who lives have been turned upside down, the people researching new treatments and fighting for increased testing and screening.programmes, so I really would love to get as many people following, supporting and donating to fight a disease that affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes. Please keep sharing and supporting to help spread the word and if you do wish to make a donation please click the link to my just giving page below.
This is so true, my life is, lets do this now as I dont know how much longer I will be able to do it. Please please donate to this fantastic cause to help beat this awful disease.

Thank you so much for your efforts to raise awareness and money for this awful disease. Hopefully there will be a screening programme for all men soon.
To say you are wonderful, brilliant, legend etc do not do you justice for the hours and pain you went through. Thank you again Steve
