JOSH EPPIAH Very pleased to see that Josh Eppiah is still playing and has joined a second tier Brazilian side. Josh came up through the academy and showed a lot of promise until he was injured Good luck Josh, hope it goes well. Also the academy did its main function of preparing young players for life as a professional footballer.

It's great to see them back on the grass again and well done the Club for making the video. Next step will be getting games in the U21's. How good it will be to seen the return of Alves, Braybrook, Ewing, Hughes and Popov. The U21's seem to be struggling but hold on boys, here comes the Cavalry !

Several U23s in the squads for tomorrow's games. Hope that we see many of them play. I can't remember feeling so optimistic about our upcoming young players and I have a long memory :-)

I have just emailed the club: 'The under 23 game playing tonight was billed widely on the LCFC site as being televised. It isn't. There is no information on the LCFC TV explaining whether the broadcast is cancelled, delayed, having technical difficulties, the camera man's dog is unwell etc. The previous home U23 game also supposed to be broadcast and wasn't. I believe the supporters deserve an explanation.' It will probably make no difference but if enough complained........

Defenders and midfielders. Maybe BR thinks he doesn't need to look at forwards. Whatever the reason for who is chosen, it's great for them to be included in the first team training.

Ewing is a talented young player and deserves an inclusion with the the squad training.

You're leaving us Christian ? Sure you're not being a little hasty ? I'm sure you will be greatly missed both by the fans and the players. I remember when you joined and had to wait a few weeks to get into the team, after that you became irreplaceable. Thanks for the six years you gave us. Thanks for the memories . Best of luck for the future.

Ideally a replacement for Vardy would now be playing in our development squad. It's been a long time since the academy produced a striker for the first team.
