Masood looks a class act. Kimber and Hill reckless and need a quiet word. Good to see Sam Wood do pretty well, especially at the death.

I do like listening to the journalists from the cricketer. Cut above the others, bar Atherton who is also generally decent.

Derbyshire are closing in on Kent. That would leave the most unfancied 3 teams ahead of the pack. You'd think one of Derbyshire and Glamorgan would tail off at some point. Kent, Lancs and Middlesex pretty much out of it already is great

Lancs and Anderson will be travelling on the back of a 4 day slog. Derbyshire losing would be a plus. Kent have gone right off the boil.

I went and we sat in 5 parts of the ground which you wouldn't be able to do at a test match. Amazing value for money and totally under-marketed.

Confidence must be sky high. I did wonder whether Ben Green was just adding another medium pace option and not much variety but he is a very talented cricketer and his bowling consistency has been marvelous.

We've been in control of our destiny in all three games so far which is a marked improvement on last season. Full bowling points and 12 out of 15 batting points is some going as well.

They'll need to get the Indian players in to stand a chance of it taking off outside the UK. They are hindered in the UK by city allegiances. A Manchester team is a hard sell in Liverpool, a Nottingham team a hard sell in Leicester and Derby etc. With a bit of luck the 12 (inc Yorks) who haven't got a stake will make a fist of marketing the Blast so well with the money that it canabalises any chance of the domestic audience of the Hundred growing.

I see the Hundred could be going to the dogs, what a shame.
