They won't be. Aside of those who already were out of Gaza before the massacre, they're going to be killed. All of them, even if the IDF has to raze the enclave to the ground. When this war is over, the Hamas will have ceased to exist as "governing entity" in Gaza. Their fate was sealed when they decided to perpretrate the massacre and they knew it. What they want is to lure the IDF in (they succeeded, the ground invasion is coming), inflict as much casualties on them as possible and more importantly, maximize the civilian collateral damages that are inevitably going to ensure, given their and the IDF's RoE. They want this war to be as dirty and bloody as possible, boil over Gaza and ideally ignite the whole region and the arab streets. They want the world to be involved, and ruin any attempt of normalization between the arab countries and Israel. Don't forget that the Hezbollah might join the chat too. I personally expect an increase in terrorist attacks, world wide, in the next future. It is. They might suffer such horrible attacks, especially if they keep their inane policy of putting the boot on the Palestinians throats and keep on pressing, but there's nothing in this world that can beat them militarily. The "victory" is to be found somewhere else.

Wish him a speedy recovery. Get well soon!

Don't worry, they don't and never have. I also find your question quite disturbing to be honest. They're responsible for the rise of Hamas, which hijacked the political power after their win in 2006 and refuses since then to hold any elections, by imposing an inhumane blockade that would've been unthinkable and quickly dismantled if any other country in the world ever thought of it. They've sidelined and marginalized the moderate Palestinian Authority and there's been no attempt to move the peace process forward since the end of Ehud Olmert's mandate in 2009. When his successor Netanyahu came to power, the israeli politic has consisted in stalling and delaying any peace talk while dramatically increasing the illegal settlements. He has absolutely no interest in peace, let alone a two-state solution. The restrictions blockade obliterated Gaza's economy, causing 52% of unemployement and about 68% of the households in Gaza to be food-insecure. Israel controls the power lines and access to water. The inhabitants there experience daily 17 hours of power cuts. 81% of the population lives in poverty and 10% has access to clean water (All the numbers come from the UNRWA). No one can leave Gaza without the approval of Israel and/or Egypt and it happens very rarely. There's no future or hope for the population, 65% of it being under 24 years old (high natality birth rate and low life expectancy). But yeah let's call that restrictions. There's only so much despair people can take. Go on a population hard enough, make them desperate enough and they tend to revolt or turn to extremist organizations. History is littered with similar examples. Just to be clear, I'm absolutely not condoning the horrible and despicable massacre that occured in Israel and think the Hamas is a blight for the Palestinians. There's no justification whatsoever for what they did. They achieved nothing since they've been elected, and what they want now is to watch the whole region burn. I've yet to see how a country with one of the best armies and intelligence agencies in the world, backed by the whole western world and the most powerful military in history (hint: the US) would be wiped out in a matter of months by a group of lunatics armed with AK 47s and unguided rockets. This ridiculous myth needs to die. Gaza is going to be flattened and possibly either re-occupied or simply annexed, tens of thousands of people will die. Hundreds of thousands will flee and not allowed to come back. If the conflict doesn't become regional and when the dust settles, questions will be asked in Israel, Netanyahu and his government will step down, a more moderate government will be elected. It will be business as usual and nothing will change for the Palestinians. The world simply doesn't care enough for it to change.

People should stop trying to inform themselves about a very serious situation from the cesspit called Twitter then. Especially the Musk version where's literally no moderation at all.

Yeah I just saw it, I edited my post https://sportea.xyz/tri/ttt164/?sport=soccer

Oh I'd have loved to see him play and also hoped that he'd come on for a couple of minutes at least but it wasn't meant to be. Some career he had.

Their forum has been in full meltdown for a while now, with a new Man City thread popping up every day. They're absolutely seething but adamant that they don't care, though.

He did his bit before, and a 1-0 lead was not a big enough lead to make any changes on the front, especially with De Bruyne already out. Inter pushed to the last second and B.Silva played well on the right wing, so there was honestly no possibility for Mahrez to come on. I don't think he'll mind, he has now won everything he could at a national and club level and was part of a treble winning team.

A bit like Messi being overrated since he never did it with Stoke, eh?
-
One of my favourite players. Love him and I wouldn't begrudge him if he wanted to call it a day here, but him leaving will hurt us.
-
We're certainly not going down because he missed that pen.
-
Today is irrelevant, we officially went down the day we drew against Everton.
-
I get the feeling that if they went for the win they'd have been torn apart by Newcastle. Rather a small hope than no hope at all.

FOXES NEVER QUIT.

I know.

We're playing for the draw now and put all our hopes in the last game.
-
Masterful subs I must say. I really hope we don't stick with Smith next season.
-
Mahrez getting his fifth PL medal. A long way way for the skinny french guy who escaped Scotland on a bike.

That_Dude replied to LeicesterBran's topic in Music and Gaming
Mass Effect Legendary Edition. It must be my 20th playthrough. I've never replayed a game so much. -
Not my intention, but you're right.
-
Don't do this to yourself.
-
Yeah.
-
They'll still go down next season though.
-
Why? They deserve it.
