When we next play then we put in an amazing performance and beat Sheffield 0-5 people will be back to saying how wonderful he is, even the top managers the peps, moreneo’s even Klopps get it wrong sometimes?
Brendan has been hit for quite a while with a lot of injuries to our top players having to play players who he wouldn’t normally slot into those positions week in week out, it’s crazy some are calling for his head it’s almost as if some have been chewing on far too many little blue blocks from the urinals it beggars belief some what Rogers replaced ?
when we finally get our missing stars back we will be amazing again especially if true about signing a quality player or 2 in January we have a great manager and team who have been amazing and spoiled us with both performances and League position, Let’s keep backing Brendan and the lads through thick and thin I’m sure in the coming months we’ll have more better performances than Terrible when we get the likes of Cags Ricardo Castagne & Wilf back we have the ability to do great things and I’m sure we will !!

I'm not sure too many people, want him removed, and I have too agree he has spoilt us with some great games and team performances and has produced wonders at time with injuries in key areas. He is without doubt a great fit for LCFC and we are fortunate to have him!
However for all the great games, and performances, there are some shockers. I was particularly appalled at the performance against Fulham and still am, I like many others want to see a positive, cohesive, battling "fearless" team performance win or loose, as the manager he has to make sure that happens, if it doesn't he MUST call it out and not mask poor performances, with excuses. Come on the Foxes, let's get winning and show consistency in our performances win, draw or loose, but preferably Win!

I was met this morning with a printed full colour picture of the Fulham FC badge with Wooops in bold letters, (capitals I might add), stuck to my Office door. The banter is great in my workspace, but i had nothing to say in defence of the performance last night so sat for 40mins listening to an onslaught of friendly banter from a Newcastle supporter and a Rangers supporter 2 steps forward 4 steps back come on Leicester let's reverse that 4 steps forward.

What the fook are you on about? We won the bloody league and went almost a full season undefeated at home, since then we've regularly been in the top 5 or so if you take home results only, we've been an incredibly strong side at home. Your comment is

Sorry excuse from Rodgers about being a young side, makes himself look silly at times.
Kasper 34
Vardy 34
Evans 32
Fuch 34
Mendy 28
Praet 26
Not really a good excuse, when the evidence suggests otherwise, I think he must have looked at the wrong page in his small Notebook of excuses 😂

I knew that a Rodger's thread would be booming post-Fulham.
Let's be realistic. Before this season started, we knew left-back was an issue. Chilwell, despite not performing (and playing) was an integral cog in our machine. He has gone, and he is booming at Chelsea - best of luck to the lad! Should someone have been signed? Yes. Is Rodgers at fault for that? No. For some time, Leicester's transfer policy has been largely heralded by the backroom and executive staff - a policy that is for the best of the longevity of the club. (Clear avoidance of new manager's wasting money on "their own players" etc.)
With Ndidi, Castagne, Pereira and Soyucu out the squad we are not playing at our full defensive ability. Justin, arguably our rotational wing-back is currently playing alongside Fuchs and Thomas, the former a legend past his prime and the latter a young lad at the birth of his professional career. We have been incredibly fortunate that Fuchs played well for a few games, but he has been caught out the last three matches. Additionally, our defensive stalwart of last season Monsieur Evans is struggling this season. He has been caught off-pace and off-concentration multiple times since the international break.
While I agree that the performances have not been good enough, I wholeheartedly would argue that the tides of fortune are against Rodgers and the Leicester squad at the moment.
We are starting a formerly attacking fullback as a centreback, blooding a young foreign league debutant, dealing with a defensive stalwart's bad run of form, negotiating the lack of our Turkish lynchpin and coping without arguably our most talented defensive-minded player in Big WIlf. All whilst missing our best fullback and missing the second-most significant signing we made in the most recent transfer window.
God damn it I will say it, RODGER'S IN.

A different night this game could have finished 4-2. Vardy missed a chance, Justin missed a pivotal lay-off and Maddison squandered a few chances with impetuous attacking moves. We were not good enough defensively, but given the current situation and context that is not to be unexpected.
Well said Brendan 😂

One word sums up our Home performances in the PL = "Shocking"

We were poor tonight, no doubt about that, but I'm going to use the fine margins cliche. So often games go one way or another on the basis of a single chance or the width of a post. Strange as it sounds if one of those shots from Youri or Wes goes in, both of which hit the post/crossbar, my guess is we go to win comfortably.
Yes but we didnt, and didnt win. I admire your Margins theory but it does little to soften the blow of a bad performance.

It’s as simple as this. People make mistakes, the main thing is to learn from. Rodgers is to stubborn to learn from his mistakes. Awful team selection and tactics tonight. I could pass this off as a mistake and come back stronger but we all know we will carry on with these tactics. This separates him from the elite managers. Good but not great.
Totally agree, he is a good manager not a great manager.
His management style would benefit from being a bit more robust / direct with players, especially when team / individual performances could / should be better.
Tonight and against liverpool it looked and felt awful, had they played with grit and determination and still lost there would be no argument from me and I suspect others.
To inconsistent it's either a good performance, or a really tonk performance! When we get more good performances consistently; a good manager credential will turn to a great manager credential which he has it in him to be!

I get they have a busy schedule and player welfare needs to be considered but what preparation / training if any, was done for this particular match. I guarantee Scott Parker and Fulham did their homework and got the rewards! I have to face my workmates in the morning having left work early to watch the game, ear defense, a noisey drill, and attempt to sneak in unseen until 1pm is required lol.
-
I get the schedule is busy and players Welfare has to be taken into account but you have to ask what preparation was done for this game. Fair play to Scott Parker and Fulham I guarantee he did his homework and got the result. I am genuinley fearful of Sheffield United now, The Foxes do 2 steps forward, 4 steps back consistency Please! come on Leicester! I've got to face my workmates tomorrow, ear Defence and a noisey Drill until at least 1pm I think.😂
-
Brendan write this in your little notebook, in big bold letters, bad performance tonight, Embarrasing! Unacceptable especially when playing at Home to a bottom of the table team.
-
I had high Hope's of a decent home game tonight, and thought we could have a win not because we are entitled, but because Leicesters form and Fulhams form said we had a good chance. To be honest its Leicester and I am used to these results now. Pissed off yes! Suprised No! Good goal by Barn Door Barnesy though lol.

Words cannot describe how pissed off I am right now.

I'm wearing a City shirt that I've stopped wearing, cos we always lose when I wear it.
I thought to myself, it's getting to be a stupid superstition, so to stop that, I thought I'd wear it tonight, cos no way are we going to lose tonight.
Sorry.
Its LCFC you not learned your lesson yet
