The Football operation is:

1. Stale

2. Lacks ambition 

3. Scouting of players useless

4. Rudkin is all of the above and useless 

5. Top is disinterested and totally detached from the reality of where we are at, over reliant on a serial failiure in Rudkin, who has managed to convince him he is indestructible.

6. The majority of the players are disinterested with a poor mentality, unfit, overpaid and accepting of low standards because they are allowed to be that way with zero accountability.

7. The list could go on and on and on.

It's not so bad now as I decided to do more with the family, I still check the scores and read articles in here and feel sorry for where we are at, no anger or bad moods anymore just sadness, and a feeling that nothing would suprise me anymore we are simply that bad.

This season is draining the fu$k out of me, the season cant end quick enough.

It has highlighted every area of the club that is broken, from the very Top down to the bottom.

Hey up Garry - Just keep us in the Championship, crack a few of the players heads together in training, get some momentum and much needed spirit in this team, and give the fans something to get behind and cheer on.

That's probably written on a post it note attached to Rudkins monitor in his office.

He would be an average player at Shrewsbury Town FC, should never of had is contract renewed, but it's hardly surprising that he did given the state of the club.

I don't think fans realise that there is talent, but the nature of the club is so broken and dysfunctional that good players are not performing at their levels due to poor management and poor leadership that includes the entire board and ownership.

 

You cannot flourish under the circumstances at LCFC. Players cannot improve here, nor can they be maximised.

In football you want to extract the most out of your players, but that simply isn't possible in this environment.
