Another +1 for Iceland. Can’t speak about it from a cruise perspective, but the scenery and splendor once you got away from the heavy traffic areas, unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Best fish and chips I’ve ever had, too.

Seeing Booker T. Jones tomorrow night. Iconic organist and songwriter from Booker T and the MG's, co-wrote a good chunk of Otis Redding's catalog, too. And of course, there's this gem for those who like cricket.

Ayew already in mid-season form. Credit to his consistency?

Oh look, Roberto Martinez underperforming with a loaded international lineup. Can we say he peaked with Wigan in a season in which they got relegated?

Yaaaawwwwwn congrats Carolina! At least the habs lost to the champs? Haha
Apparently it had great ratings BTW. Surprised at that.
The ratings were surprising in that neither team has a huge media market, but the games were wildly entertaining. The third period comebacks (plural) from Carolina, impressive.
Excited for Carolina- nothing but love for anything remotely connected to the Hartford Whalers, and they have a forward who's local to our area who I regularly watched in college.

Been spoiled by several visits to the famed Tree House Brewing in recent months. Since they don’t distribute to retail locations, every visit results in a purchase of a case or two. If anyone here is traveling to Boston for the World Cup, it’s a must visit.
Currently enjoying a Single Shot Vanilla Bean stout, with their English mild, plus several New Zealand double IPAs + hazy triple IPAs still to come.

Anyone else shit the bed last minute for their fpl?
Fuming that Haaland isn’t even in the squad. One final middle finger from Pep for all of his lineup tinkering over the years.

Looks like several unreleased performances from last weekend are out on YouTube. The Help bit with Will Ferrell is a play from a famous comedy sketch from decades ago, with Christopher Walken. Also, Paul was the final guest on last night’s Colbert show from the Ed Sullivan Theater.
So much can be said about the circumstances surrounding the final performance and the cancellation of that show, but what a treat it is for Paul to still be making music. Can’t help but smile.

Paul played 3 songs (all Wings and solo material) on Saturday Night Live last night, still sounding good. Chad Smith on drums was a neat touch, especially if you know anything of the history between Chad Smith and Will Ferrell, who hosted the show.

West Ham sitting in with a back 6 just before the goal, somewhere Steve Bruce is beaming with delight.

Sky absolutely gutted Wrexham won’t be in the play offs
Danny Ward as your starting keeper with something on the line, we could have told them how the script ended.

Interesting…ESPN2 is carrying it down here.

The extended sessions are great for splitting each week's recording into multiple days, and bookending it around yesterday's match was well-timed. Found catharsis in listening to the callers on this morning's commute, plus another deserved @Ric Flair rant about desiring a clean slate, but still not being able to let go. Shame for the distraction from the rest of our lives that this football thing is supposed to be for us. Excellent callers, great song parodies- keep up the good work!

Poetic, in more ways than one. Especially since he starts with the line "There won't be any money."

Another Fifa miracle: train tickets to the MetLife stadium which normally are $12.90 will cost $100 on World Cup match days. What Jesus did with loaves of bread and fishes, Gianni does with dollars.
As an NJ resident and fan who feels priced out from attending the World Cup, I'm totally on board with this. IMO, Most of the hotel and tourist windfall will go to New York, while the stadium is in New Jersey and transportation is managed by a New Jersey rail service. Even though New Jersey Transit is not exactly loved (go and read about 2019 Wrestlemania at the same venue), the "World Cup will stimulate the economy" argument is not of concern to me, and is easily diminished when compared with the public dollars already being invested in it. More from the governor, here.

Some excellent casks over the last few days in Marylebone. Barley Mow and Jackalope had the standout selections, and overall great venues.

Stags Head is closed for Good Friday, so I’m not watching this. Plus, the missus didn’t want to bother a trip up to Leicester for a relegation scrap. A blessing in disguise!
