And look what we have. Someone who wouldn’t look out of place in our recent premiership sides alongside the likes of Tielemans Maddison and the like. He has fitted in so quickly and become a fan favourite. Lad has done good and I hope he leads us to a resurgence in the top league.

He had to toe poke it in at full stretch but he wasn’t going to miss that one. His passing accuracy is off the charts. Hope he gets many more this season.

He looked so genuine when he said it too. He was beaming. Very pleased for him and glad we got him.

Exactly my thoughts. Just what we needed in the summer and has slotted in perfectly. One of our best signings of late. Only issue is what if it’s a girl? edit -Harriet I guess.

Brilliant away win against one of the leagues best teams in form. We really dug that out. It’s all about fine margins. Last few games we haven’t been quite as hungry and missing chances that we took in early games. There are some decent teams in the league and they can hurt us if we are not bang on it. Tough game and thought we did really well. Not sure about the substitutions to be honest but good line up and Kel did well. That midfield of ndidi winks and kdh is key. Best defensive lineup too.

Looks like both goalkeepers have lost the feeling in their feet due to the icy conditions.

Exactly. At least so far we seem to realise that the point of the game is to score a goal and not just to pass as many time as you can consecutively. Not quite so good at remembering the other main aim to protect your own goal.

He is a good player and one of the few wingers who will track back and can make a tackle. I just wish he could dribble. I don’t mean a couple of crossovers stop and turn back.

Four games ago so many people on here had called for the bookies to pay out on us winning the league. Our form has dipped somewhat but concerns had been there long before and we had been a bit fortunate in our results to that point if we were honest. On the positive side we probably have a better idea of what works and what doesn’t with this squad and what/where we need to improve. This has now become quite an important game for us. A win away against this team could really set down a marker. We do need to play more positively as a team though and really look like are confident and up for it. If we get that from every player then we are capable of winning this, but it will be a tough battle. 1-2 away win.

Yeah I find it a hard watch when we play like that. Hardly exciting when we are not trying to rip it up and attack. We weren’t even good at the patient bore them to death game management style. We do have the players to do better so it is frustrating. Everyone has an off day but we were very poor today against the leagues weakest team and it felt like we bought it on ourselves. Wednesday had so many chance they could have been 3-1 up at half time.

He is a decent player but will get outmuscled and hurried oof the ball too often. We haven’t seen much of Dennis in this league. I think he will do better. I’m not sure Yunus plays if all or players are fit and rested or Dennis either. I hope he can step up though.

We should have gone stronger in midfield and made sure of the win. Casadei wasn’t good enough again. Yunus a bit too lightweight and winks lightly out of kilter. Coady wasn’t up to speed either. Wish we had gone stronger then bought players on to rest. Too sloppy and lacklustre. Two points lost tonight.

We are really going to need to step it up on Saturday or we will get well beaten.

Serious changes needed. Enzo had enough.

Coady looks like he hasn’t played in months as does Casadei. We look ponderous and sloppy in possession. I expect Enzo to sort it out early in the second half otherwise changes will be made. Can’t afford to lose this one. Or draw.

If that’s the master plan we’re fuched. Defensively we look complacent tonight and trying to make passes that aren’t there.

Yunus looks good tonight.

Steffy must have been listening. He is running at them now. There is a real player in there but he is always looking for the trick or nutmeg. Needs to mix it up more and use his physical attributes to be more direct and get the ball over more often.

I’d love to see mavidi be positive and not stop when he gets the ball he is quick and talented and best when he runs at a player.
